To request your child's school transcript, download the Transcript Request Form below, fill it out, and return it.
Transcript processing can take 24 hours, so plan ahead.
Returning the Form
If your child is in a Palms Magnet program, return the form to the Magnet Office (see campus map).
Otherwise, return the form to the Counseling Office (see campus map) or, if you prefer, send it to Mrs. Doucette, Counseling Office Assistant and Credit Clerk, by email.
