Publicity Authorization Form

Palms parents: Please read, sign, and return the Publicity Authorization Form in your Registration Packet.

We would like your permission to put photos on our website of your child engaged in school activities. Using photos on our website gives students a chance to star and makes this websites that much friendlier.

Examples: See the photos on our Art in the Afternoon and The Bruin Experiment pages.

We are especially interested in individual or group photos of

  • music and drama performances
  • sports
  • field trips
  • students working in a classroom
  • students posing with projects, posters, or other classwork
  • culmination and other school events

Students may appear in group photos that show many students, without individual authorizations, but we will not use photos that show your child in a bad light or in an embarrassing way.

You are also welcome to share your own photos of school events with us.

What You Should Do

If you haven't already turned in the Publicity Authorization Form with your Registration Packet documents:

  1. Download one of the forms at the right.
  2. Fill it out.
  3. Drop it off at the Counseling Office (see campus map).
