Meet and Greet
All incoming Palms families and prospective families are invited to the annual Palms Meet and Greet in August. Students, siblings, parents, and other family members can meet each other and talk to other Palms families, Principal Dr. Moriuchi, Palms teachers, and Friends of Palms representatives at this informal gathering in a park.
Friends of Palms provides free snacks and drinks and there are organized games for kids. You can even sign up for our mailing list and/or fill out the Parent Volunteer Form right in the park!
New students and their families have many chances to see Palms and meet others in the Palms community. During the preceding school year they can attend Visitors Days. Before school starts they can attend the Meet and Greet and Camp Palms in August. After school starts, parents attend Back to School Night in September.
