Quiz corrections

In an effort to encourage students to learn from their mistakes, I will allow students to correct their math quizzes/tests to earn back half credit. Each week you will be allowed to make corrections to the quiz/test that was returned to you.  You may not make up previous quizzes/tests.  If you want to earn the extra half point for each question you got wrong, you must do the following:

1.  Print the math quiz correction form - this will not be given to you.  You may print as many as you need.

2.  Follow the directions on the form.  Make sure you fill out each section.

3.  You may not make any corrections to a problem that received a 1/2 point.

4.  Staple the form to the back of your quiz.

5.  You must have a parent signature on your form.

6.  You must turn in the original quiz and form by Thursday each week.  Late corrections will not be accepted.  You may turn in your work earlier.

7.  No exceptions will be made.
