Help is available for families who are experiencing technical difficulties with iPads, Internet access, software, or access to LAUSD accounts.

If you need a PIN, email your counselor.

For other technical problems, phone the LAUSD Information Technology Division (ITD) at 213-443-1300 or Local District West Support at 310-914-2124.

ITD also has a helpdesk with chat service and an automated phone line at 213-241-5200 (open 7:30am to 4:45pm).

If students aren't able to do their schoolwork, seek help but don't panic.

Teachers know that some students have had difficulty with the technology as distance learning gets started. You can send your teacher a message to let them know that you are having technical problems. Just click the envelope next to their name on the Teachers page.
