    Requests for Home Internet Access

    LAUSD families can request a mobile hotspot, Internet access, or a home Internet device such as a Chromebook computer by going to parentportalapp.lausd.net/parentaccess.

    Log into the parent portal, click or tap Request Device or Hotspot for Your Student, and fill out the Acknowledgement and Device/Connectivity Request Form. You'll be asked to sign the Responsible Use Policy and the Rules Concerning Use of Loaned Computing Devices.

    LAUSD distributes equipment to local district offices and then to individual schools, which will then lend the equipment to you.
