Canned Food Drive
During the Thanksgiving season, students from Leadership hold a Canned Food Drive to help local families in need.
Collection boxes are put in the Main Entrance and in each homeroom.
Palms families generously donate canned food, which Leadership students organize and use to fill backpacks that are then distributed to needy families.
Over two dozen backpacks were filled and donated in 2019.

November 25 to December 10, 2021
Requested items:
- Rice, pasta, sauces
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Canned proteins (tuna, salmon, chicken)
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Baking products
- No glass please
